Who provides the platform
Palma Experience is a tourism intermediation marketplace operated by PALMA AGENCY DI DAVIDE FIORE, an Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) owned by Davide Fiore, trading as Palma Agency.
The platform
Palma is a platform that presents experiences delivered by independent local operators and helps you contact them. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it.
Requests and bookings
Sending an availability request does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking exists once the availability has been confirmed. See the Booking conditions for how this works.
Information on experiences
Descriptions, photos, prices and requirements come from the operators and Palma and are kept as accurate as we can. Details can change; the confirmation you receive for your request prevails.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at palmaproperty10@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Roles and responsibilities
Palma presents experiences and helps you contact the local operators. Each experience is delivered by an independent local operator, who is responsible for running the activity and for the information it provides about it. Palma does not run the activities.
