You can ask Palma for access to your personal data, to correct it, or to have it deleted. A person on the Palma team reads every request. Nothing is deleted automatically.

How it works

  1. Choose what you need and, if you like, add details.
  2. Your email app opens with a message ready to send to the Palma team. Send it from the email address you use with Palma.
  3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. We reply within the legal deadlines.
What do you need?

For example the date of your request or the experience concerned. Do not include passwords or payment details.

Some data must be kept for legal reasons, and a request can affect other people’s data, so each request is checked by a person before anything is changed or deleted.
