Who provides the platform
Palma Experience is a tourism intermediation marketplace operated by PALMA AGENCY DI DAVIDE FIORE, an Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) owned by Davide Fiore, trading as Palma Agency.
How a booking works
- You choose an experience, a date and the number of guests, and send an availability request.
- No payment is collected when you send the request.
- Palma and the operator check availability and reply in your messages.
- The booking is confirmed once availability is confirmed.
Cancellation and changes
The cancellation policy that applies is shown on each experience page and in your booking. Changes of date or package are agreed through your messages.
Weather and safety
Some experiences depend on weather and sea conditions. The operator may need to reschedule for safety reasons; the policy shown on the experience page applies.
