Who is responsible

Palma Experience is a tourism intermediation marketplace operated by PALMA AGENCY DI DAVIDE FIORE, an Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) owned by Davide Fiore, trading as Palma Agency.

What Palma stores

  • Sign-in session: keeps you signed in (stored in your browser; strictly necessary).
  • Security cookie for availability requests: set when you send a request, not readable by scripts, valid for up to 24 hours; it protects against duplicate or forged requests.
  • Language preference: stored only when you choose a language.
  • Booking drafts: the date, number of guests and extras you choose, kept on your device.
  • Partner or campaign source: only if the link you followed carries such a parameter; kept for the session and attached to your request.
  • Page position: the router remembers your scroll position for the session.

Cookies from our hosting providers

The providers that host and deliver the site (Lovable and Cloudflare) may set cookies that Palma does not control. In our latest check we saw __dpl, which identifies the version of the site and lasts 24 hours, and Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, used for security and bot protection. The hosting platform’s visitor analytics is switched off, and in our check it set no analytics cookie and sent no usage events. The providers still process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site; we are confirming the details with them.

Analytics and advertising

Palma does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or tools and does not load third-party analytics or advertising tools. The hosting platform’s own visitor analytics is switched off; if that changes, we will update this page

Do we need your consent?

Based on the current review, Palma stores only what is needed to provide the service you ask for or to remember your choices, so no cookie banner is shown. This conclusion is being confirmed with a legal advisor. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent before anything non-essential is stored.
