Who is responsible

Palma Experience is a tourism intermediation marketplace operated by PALMA AGENCY DI DAVIDE FIORE, an Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) owned by Davide Fiore, trading as Palma Agency.

Where AI is used today

Palma’s team uses AI tools to prepare photos of experiences: improving sharpness and lighting, reframing a picture to fit the page, or making an edit requested by a team member. A person starts every edit, reviews the result and decides whether to publish it. The original photo is always kept.

Where AI is not used

Customer messages are not answered by an AI assistant.
AI does not decide on requests, bookings, prices or cancellations: people do.
Reviews are never written or generated by AI. They come from real guests and from the operators’ public profiles.
Your data is not used to profile you or to personalise what you see.

Data and providers

To edit a photo, the photo and the team member’s instruction are sent to an external AI image provider. No customer data, account data or messages are sent. The provider may process data outside the EU/EEA. The contract terms, the safeguards and whether the provider keeps or reuses the content are being verified, and we do not make claims about them until they are.

Translations

Texts of experiences and of the site are available in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French. Translations may contain errors; the original text of most experiences is in Italian. Reviews are shown in the language in which they were written.

Limits

Content prepared with AI can contain mistakes. Photos are illustrative: some have been reframed or retouched with AI, which can extend or alter parts of the scene (for example the sky, the surroundings or the frame). If something looks different on the day, tell us.
